We are seeking an ambitious Epoxy Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and thirst for knowledge. Epoxy helpers work alongside Epoxy Technicians to execute installation tasks, including preparation, pouring, finishing, and repairs/touch ups. Helpers must possess the ability to work in a team setting and efficiently carry out assigned tasks.
Duties
- Follow the instructions of Technicians and provide them with assistance.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment to grind surfaces in preparation for epoxy pouring.
- Thorough and meticulous cleaning of work area.
- Repair cement and concrete imperfections.
- Proper application of products for each job as necessary, such as crack filler & adhesives.
- Pour and roll epoxy coatings evenly and efficiently.
- Apply finish and protective coating.
- Clean tools and ensure their preservation.
- Travel to and from job sites.
Experience
- 1 + Year(s) physical labor. (preferred)
- Familiarity with various hand tools and equipment used in construction and repair tasks.
- Ability to work in a team setting.
- A commitment to safety practices in the workplace.
- Skills in carpentry, drywall installation, plastering, and painting. (asset)
