Overview
We are seeking a Tasting room Leader to over see our tasting room!
Enrico Winery is a 50 acre winery nestled in the Cowichan Valley. Under new ownership the winery is expanding especially during our busy summer season. We are currently seeking additional people to join our team of experienced and talented Tasting room staff. Tasting room team members provide excellent service to all of our guests. As a team member you will speak to guests about our wine in the form of guided tastings and retail facing purchases. We ask that applicants have previous experience in a winery environment or tasting room setting.

Duties
- Guide guests through wine tastings
- Serve tables of patrons
- Educate visitors about our wine offerings, production process, and pairing suggestions
- Serve responsibly
- Ability to lift and move 40 pounds (cases of wine)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room and patio
- Focus on guest experience, and ensuring that all guests have a positive experience at the winery.
Requirements:
- Valid Serving it Right
- Availability to work all Weekends Noon-5pm (non-negotiable)
- Previous winery/tasting room experience
- Ability to travel to and from work
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
