Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations, including overseeing staff performance and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Support kitchen operations by coordinating food preparation and handling processes to maintain quality standards.
- Train and mentor new employees in areas such as food handling, cooking techniques, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Conduct interviews for potential new hires, evaluating candidates based on their skills and fit within the team.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and staff alike.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation and handling practices.
- Experience with POS systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
