About the Role
As a Front-End Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods to various locations. You will be operating our front-end load trucks, delivering to commercial and residential properties, and providing exceptional customer service at every step.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate front-end load trucks safely and responsibly.
- Ensure timely pick-up of all customers and the route is completed without carry-overs every day.
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized truck, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained.
- Excellent customer service skills are required, as you will be customers' first point of contact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential. You will communicate with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers daily.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional overtime if required.
- Safety-conscious with a commitment to following all Super Save Group's established policies and procedures.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- May be required to assist with collections on other routes due to operational issues.
- Knowledge of the waste management industry and regulations is considered an asset.

Key Qualifications
- Valid “DZ” driver’s license and clean abstract.
- Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (Drug & Alcohol).
- Front-end loader operator experience is preferred for the front end.
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting when necessary.
- Must be a team player and have safe working habits.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- May be required to assist with collections on other routes due to operational issues.
- Geographical knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area is an asset.
