Job Summary
We are looking for a thoughtful, hardworking, and hospitality-driven Server Assistant to join our team. As a Server Assistant, you'll play an integral role in creating exceptional guest experiences by supporting our service team and ensuring the restaurant operates seamlessly throughout each service.

Responsibilities
- Complete opening and closing duties to ensure the restaurant is prepared for service each day.
- Support servers by delivering food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the dining room throughout service.
- Reset and prepare tables to our service standards.
- Assist with polishing cutlery, dinnerware, and other service equipment.
- Replenish service stations and restock supplies throughout the shift.
- Anticipate the needs of both guests and team members, providing support wherever needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Must have a passion for food, beverage, service, and restaurant culture.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork.
- Ability to work efficiently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Italian and/or French cuisine is a plus.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to providing excellent service are essential traits for success in this role.
