Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. You will be responsible for various tasks in a fast-paced environment, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Prepare food items according to company standards while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure the quality and safety of all food products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
Skills
- G Class driving license
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with cashiering and POS systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
