Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic server to join our team in delivering an exceptional dining experience at Karahi Boys. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests feel welcome and satisfied throughout their visit.
Duties
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring special requests are noted.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Process payments accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all patrons.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tables during busy periods.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
