Brofort Inc. is a leader in Commercial retail installations, dedicated to delivering high-quality projects with a focus on craftsmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our commercial installation sites from inception to completion, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining high safety & quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of retail installation processes. This role requires the ability to manage teams efficiency & effectively.
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating with Project Management and employees, ensuring compliance safety regulations, and maintaining project timelines. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site installation activities and ensure work is completed according to project plans and schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate with the team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety regulations.
- Maintain quality control by ensuring workmanship meets client and company standards.
- Enforce health and safety policies, ensuring all personnel follow proper procedures.
- Communicate with Project Managers & Clients, regarding project status, challenges, and progress.
- Manage site logistics, including material deliveries, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety records.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to guide installation activities.
Qualifications:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints & plans.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and trades.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
- First Aid/CPR Certification and Working at Heights Certification (preferred).
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the industry an asset.
- Ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
