Job Description:
As a Fleet Service Advisor, you will play a key role in managing and advising our fleet customers. Your responsibilities will include interacting with fleet managers, leasing companies, and ensuring that fleet vehicles are serviced efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for submitting detailed estimates, overseeing service progress, and ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet customers, leasing companies, and fleet managers.
- Provide accurate and timely service estimates for fleet vehicles.
- Submit estimates to fleet and leasing companies and handle follow-up communications.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of fleet vehicles from start to finish, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and on time.
- Use company systems and quoting tools to provide quotes for fleet service needs, ensuring accuracy and profitability.
- Maintain an organized workflow to manage multiple accounts and high-volume service requests.
- Stay up to date with the latest fleet management and vehicle service trends, tools, and technologies.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Fleet Service Advisor at a dealership or automotive service center.
- Knowledge of fleet management processes and maintenance requirements.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new quoting and service tools.
