We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager at our Corral Centre, Brandon Retail Salon!
What You’ll Do:

Support daily retail and salon operations to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience

Lead by example, coaching and motivating team members to achieve sales and service goals
-
Build strong relationships with clients, creating loyalty through consistent and memorable experiences
-
Assist with scheduling, payroll, inventory management, and client appointment bookings
-
Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and beautifully merchandised salon that meets Chatters’ standards
-
Share product knowledge and support training, onboarding, and development of team members
-
Step in as a leader when needed, solving problems and making decisions that positively impact clients and the team

What You Bring-
At least 1 year of retail leadership experience

Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional guest experiences

Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset

Comfort using POS systems and basic computer programs
-
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
