Job description
We're currently seeking a Lead Hand with Landscaping experience. Ability to lift 50lbs and physically fit. Loading and unloading of materials, excavation of site as per instruction. Run wheelbarrows and brick, lay sod, install plant materials, etc.
All employees are expected to get to our shop or worksite. Generally we work monday-friday 8 am- 4pm but can sometimes work extended hours during critical construction phases.
Our team will train you to develop your skills in hardscape/softscaping. You will be given the opportunity to prove yourself and earn promotions.
Skills to be used/learned:
- use of landscape equipment (skidsteers, excavators, stone saws, plate tampers)
- Load and unload materials, tools and equipment required to complete landscape construction projects
- site layout, excavation, site management
- understanding of landscape drawings and takeoffs, plant lists
- skills to perform all of the above in a safe, efficient and compliant manner-

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
