We are seeking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This role involves setting patients up for EKGs, performing spirometry tests, administering vaccinations, and handling various Medical Office Assistant (MOA) responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Set up and prepare patients for EKG procedures
· Perform Spirometry testing accurately and efficiently
· Administer immunizations and vaccinations according to protocols
· Role combines both Clinical Nursing duties and Medical Office tasks including;
- Greeting patients
- Arriving and booking patients
- Filling Faxes & Scans
- Completing All Tasks
- Answering Phone Calls
- Following your doctors’ orders
- Managing your doctors' schedule
- Booking follow-up appointments for the doctors
- Taking Vision Acuity, Height and Weight
- Organizing and replenishing the supply cabinet of your doctors
- Booking all referrals
- Prepping Procedure Trays and Instruments needed for procedure (including autoclaving - will be taught)
- Participate in other miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Current LPN License
- Experience with EKG setup, spirometry, and vaccinations preferred
- Personal Health Information Act (PHIA) Certification
- Proficiency in experience with computer and computer applications including Microsoft Office, Outlook email
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Applicant must be willing to take BOTOX INJECTOR COURSE which will be paid for by the clinic. Raise will be given upon completion of course.
