The IRATA Level 3 Technician will be responsible for the following:
Lead and oversee the day-to-day activities of technicians assigned to the crew
Review and approve timesheets and Field Level Risk Assessments (FLRAs), addressing deficiencies and providing constructive feedback
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, training, and ongoing skills development to team members
Support the investigation and documentation of near misses, safety incidents, and non-conformances
Act as the primary emergency contact, maintaining 24/7 availability by cell phone
Step in to perform required services when additional personnel are unavailable
IRATA Level 3 Certification
Journeyman ticket (asset)
Valid First Aid Certification
Valid driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract
