Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction knowledge, and proficiency with industry-standard management software. This role involves coordinating teams, managing schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining safety standards and fostering effective communication among stakeholders to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of project specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows.
- Utilize tools like Bluebeam and Civil 3D for document management, design review, and site planning.
- Oversee procurement processes including construction estimating and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress regularly, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all phases of construction.
- Manage project documentation, reports, and communication to keep stakeholders informed of progress.
- Lead project meetings, assign tasks, and supervise team members to maintain productivity.
- Apply effective time management strategies to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management or related roles within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Primavera P6, HeavyBid, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D.
- Experience in construction estimating and project budgeting processes.
- Familiarity with civil engineering concepts and site planning tools is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills coupled with effective communication abilities.
- Prior experience in managing teams on large-scale construction projects is highly desirable.

Pay: $95,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
