Schedule &Work-Life Balance
- Primary Schedule: Monday through Friday.
- Flexibility: Occasional weekend work may be required based on seasonal operational needs.
- Location: Work locally in the Bay St. George area; no fly-in/fly-out required.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various mobile heavy-duty equipment including tractors, harvesters, and support machinery.
- Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems such as engines, transmissions, and complex hydraulic systems.
- Perform routine maintenance, safety inspections, and preventative servicing to minimize downtime during peak seasons.
- Use computerized diagnostic tools to identify faults and ensure all equipment meets manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certification: Must hold a valid Journeyperson Certification in Heavy Duty Equipment Repair.
- Red Seal: A Red Seal endorsement is highly preferred but not required.
- Experience: Proven experience in heavy-duty maintenance; agriculture equipment experience is an asset.
- Skills: Strong technical troubleshooting abilities and proficiency with specialized tools.
- Driver's License: Valid Class 5 driver's license is required.

Pay: $42.00-$65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
