What you will do
The Business Development Manager will lead the growth of the Wipers category by driving new business, expanding channels, and delivering scalable, value‑based solutions that strengthen Kruger PRO’s position in the market.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Drive Wiper business expansion by identifying, prospecting, acquiring new end-users, and growing distributor customers across key sectors (industrial, healthcare, foodservice, institutional).
- Develop and execute category growth strategies, including market prioritization, use-case development, and value-based selling focused on productivity and sustainability.
- Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through trials, conversion, and commercial close, positioning Wipers as a strategic consumable solution.
- Recruit, onboard, and enable distributors and channel partners, assessing readiness and aligning on go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and implement commercial programs, tools, and launch playbooks in partnership with internal teams.
- Support early-stage partner execution and ongoing growth as a subject matter expert within the Wipers category.
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline using CRM and analytics tools, ensuring alignment with category strategy, margin targets, and scalability.
- Lead pilots and trials, converting wins into repeatable, multi-site growth opportunities.
- Provide clear reporting on pipeline performance, risks, and growth outlook.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Business Development to define positioning, pricing strategies, and demand generation initiatives.
- Align category growth with operational capacity and cost-to-serve considerations.
- Deliver market insights and competitive intelligence to inform portfolio strategy and investment decisions.
What you will bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, category management, or commercial growth within B2B, industrial, or consumables environments.
Track record of launching and scaling new products or categories through distributor and end‑user channels.
Strong understanding of complex, trial-driven sales cycles and conversion-based selling.
Strategic mindset with the ability to build and scale categories while driving disciplined execution.
Strong relationship-building skills with senior-level customers and channel partners.
Solid analytical and financial acumen, including opportunity assessment and qualification.
Effective cross-functional collaborator with strong stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems, pipeline management, and commercial reporting tools.

The starting range for this role is $95,000 to $125,000 – or higher, depending on your experience.
