Overview
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our product team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered experiences across web and mobile applications. We value designers who think beyond conventional solutions and have the imagination to create innovative, unexpected experiences that delight users while meeting business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user needs and business requirements.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and other industry-standard tools.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on insights and feedback.
- Design responsive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and consistent user experiences.
- Work within Agile teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Use analytics and user data to inform design decisions and improve product usability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and creative problem-solving.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts is an asset.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Pay: $35.00-$55.00 per hour
