Work Schedule
Flexible Part-Time Opportunity
We are currently seeking candidates interested in part-time, remote-friendly schedules, with shifts available Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, ideal for those looking to balance work with other commitments.

What You’ll Do
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care
Support Canadians by providing accurate information on government programs and services
Guide callers on how to access the resources they need
Maintain up-to-date knowledge using internal systems
Deliver a positive, high-quality customer experience on every interaction
What You Bring
Strong communication skills in English and French (spoken and written)
A customer-first mindset with excellent listening skills
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate online tools
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to multitask and collaborate within a team
