Our AEM team is looking for experienced AEM Solution Lead/Architect which will be involved in major projects for our customers.
- Design and build efficient content models, security models, workflows and templates;
- Provide AEM functionality and technology expertise to support design and implementation based on AEM platform;
- Translate business requirements to components and services design using AEM functionality as effective as possible;
- Integrate effective practices and standards for efficiency and readability;
- Design and implement solutions according to functional and non-functional requirements;
- Create system level design and detailed technical architecture documents;
- Oversee the development efforts and provide technical help as needed;
- Participation in customer’s workshops and presentation of the proposed solution;
- Work closely with business in identifying scenarios for segmentation and targeting;
- Understand performance issues and approach them systematically.
- 5+ years of development experience in J2SE, J2EE;
- 3+ years of experience in AEM on Implementation Lead position, one project developed with AEM 6+ platform on system architect position;
- Strong background using various frameworks and patterns in J2EE like Spring, Struts, Hibernate, EJB, etc.;
- Strong background in design and implementation of external services integrations, via REST, SOAP;
- Experience integrating search technologies and web analytics with AEM (Apache SOLR (Lucene), Adobe Site Catalyst, Adobe Omniture);
- Solid development background with technologies such as OSGI, Apache Felix, Apache Sling, Jackrabbit / JCR, EXT JS, Maven (or any other build tools);
- Experience in back-end, front-end and third-party integrations;
- Knowledge of how to develop and support multi-language and multi-regional sites;
- Components development best practices knowledge;
- Principles and best practices of responsive design implementation with AEM;
- Usage of AEM personalization functionality, understanding of segmentation model and client context functionality;
- Knowledge of the main principles in classloaders usage with OSGI;
- Usage of Sightly and Sling Models best practices and advantages;
- Has a practical experience with common security models such as LDAP, SSO, etc. and understanding of how to apply it in AEM;
- AEM clustering and environments architecture definition, understanding of replication concepts;
- Deep knowledge and experience with project methodologies such as Agile Scrum or Waterfall;
- Understanding of CI/CD principles and how to apply these processes on AEM projects;
- Strong vision and clear explanation when and how to make decisions;
- Consulting experience is a big plus.
