Noohi Law Professional Corporation is hiring a full-time Office Administrator.

Responsibilities
- Draft letters and organize files within the file management system.
- Follow up with clients, lawyers, and clerks during the due diligence process.
- Set calendars and confirm meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication.
- Support administrative functions to facilitate smooth office operations.
- Assist with document preparation and filing.
Qualifications:
- Duties include answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and general office administration.
- Strong English communication skills. Speaking Farsi is an asset.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an office admin.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office .
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
