About the Role
We're looking for someone who is passionate about both content creation and digital marketing.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with the founder to create engaging content, manage social media, launch advertising campaigns, and help grow our online business.

What You'll Do
Content Creation
- Film behind-the-scenes content and product videos
- Capture lifestyle photos and videos
- Edit Reels, TikToks, and Meta ad creatives using CapCut or similar tools
- Repurpose content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Maintain our monthly content calendar
- Schedule social media posts
Digital Marketing
- Assist with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Coordinate UGC creators and influencer content
- Assist with email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo
- Help launch new collections and seasonal campaigns
- Support website updates and landing page improvements
Growth & Analytics
- Review Shopify and Meta performance reports
- Help identify opportunities to improve conversion and customer engagement
- Organize marketing assets and creative files
- Bring fresh ideas to help grow the business
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Loves creating engaging social media content
- Has experience filming and editing short-form video
- Enjoys both creativity and problem-solving
- Is organized and detail-oriented
- Takes initiative and works independently
- Is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing business
- Wants to grow their career in ecommerce and digital marketing
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of marketing or content creation experience
- Experience with Shopify is an asset
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager is an asset
- Experience using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar editing tools
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
- Photography or videography experience is a bonus
- Knowledge of Klaviyo or email marketing is a bonus
Pay: $24.00 per hour
