Overview
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented On-Call, Evenings and Weekends Cleaners (Part-Time to start) to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about maintaining clean and safe environments across various commercial and residential facilities. As a team member, you will provide flexible cleaning services during evenings and/or weekends, ensuring our clients' spaces are well-maintained and hygienic. This position offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to contribute to facility upkeep with a focus on quality and professionalism. The business is up and coming and hours will increase as the business does. Pay increase after probationary period is successfully completed.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and common areas
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines during each assignment
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as trash removal, surface disinfecting, and floor care
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards identified during cleaning to management
- Adapt to different facility requirements and schedules as needed, providing flexible on-call support during weekends
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with clients and staff
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is an asset but not required
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable transportation for on-call assignments during evenings and/or weekends
- Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures is a plus but not mandatory
- Must be punctual, dependable, and able to respond promptly when called for scheduled cleaning tasks
Pay: $17.20-$18.50 per hour
