Quarterhorse Solutions is a custom fabrication company based in Cloverdale, BC. We build branded environments, presentation centres, architectural millwork, signage, and wayfinding systems for clients across Canada.

The Role
The Account Manager plays a critical role in both client experience and company performance. You are responsible for guiding projects from initial conversation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.
This is a fast-paced, multi-project environment. You’ll be managing multiple jobs at different stages while balancing client communication, internal coordination, estimating, and closing new work.
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, stays organized across multiple projects, and keeps projects progressing. You’ll be supported by a strong team while leading your projects and driving outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new client opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Review client needs, survey projects, and prepare estimates
Close new work and transition projects into production
Manage multiple projects concurrently from kickoff through install
Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams
Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to keep projects on track
Anticipate challenges and work toward solutions before they impact timelines or budgets
Track project costs and support project closeout, including final billing and accurate accounting of labour and materials
Contribute to improving systems, processes, and overall team performance

Adaptable and open to learning in a changing, growing environment
Personal transportation for local site visits and meetings
Experience:
3–5+ years in Account Management, Project Management, or a similar role
Experience in construction, millwork, signage, manufacturing, interiors, real estate, or a related field is strongly preferred

What We Offer
Base salary + commission structure ($75,000–$110,000+)
