About the role
Family Eye Care Group is expanding — new clinic locations across Alberta and Saskatchewan. We need a Construction Project Manager to own every new build from permit to opening day: on the ground in Leduc, then on the road for whatever site is next. If you like seeing a project through from empty space to grand opening — and doing it again somewhere new — this is built for you.
What you'll do
● Own each clinic buildout end-to-end: contractor selection and bids, permitting, scheduling, and budget tracking.
● Travel to project sites across AB & SK as the expansion continues.
● Be the on-the-ground point of contact for landlords, general contractors, and trades on every active project.
● Ensure every buildout matches brand specs — layout for dispensary, exam lanes, and equipment placement, consistent clinic to clinic.
● Track spend against approved budget on each project and flag overruns immediately, not after the fact.
● Coordinate move-in readiness with the clinical operations team so each opening date is real and firm.
● Build a repeatable buildout playbook so each new location opens faster and cleaner than the last.
What you bring
● Proven track record managing commercial retail or medical/healthcare buildouts from permit to opening
● Comfortable managing contractors and reading construction drawings and budgets
● Based in Leduc area, with willingness to travel regularly as new sites open
● Strong organizational and communication skills
