Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering course with the teaching materials provided by Sloan Academy or by the instructors
- Creating lesson plan, continuously improving the training programs;
- Revising and proofreading students’ assignment and providing feedback for students’ learning outcomes and progress
- Prioritize student needs so that each student may reach their fullest potential
- Create strategies to engage and nurture student learning and student relationships
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related major
- Proficient in training soft skills included Communication skills, Critical thinking, Time management, Leadership & team building, etc
- Experience in the U.S. or Canadian education systems
- Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver training programs utilizing skills in instructional design, program design & development, and training methodologies
- Strong motivational skills and an ability to keep students on task– Dynamic, energetic, and have a good personality with strong responsibility
- High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style
- Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required
Teaching hours:
Online instruction: Friday – Sunday, 7:00 a.m.- 10:00 a.m. or 7:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.
On-site instruction: Monday – Friday, 4:30 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. and Saturday – Sunday, 9:00 a.m.- 4: 00 p.m.
