Baseline Health & Wellness is looking for a motivated Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, or Osteopathic Doctor/Manual Practitioner to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This is a unique opportunity to receive one-on-one mentorship while developing a rewarding niche practice focused on babies, pregnancy, postpartum care, and women's health.
About the Opportunity

Over the past 12 years, I have dedicated my practice to caring for babies and mothers, with a special interest in motor milestone development, oral ties, pregnancy, postpartum care, and women's health. I'm looking for someone who is excited to learn, grow, and build their own thriving practice while receiving guidance and support along the way.
One of our current providers joined our clinic with very little previous experience treating babies. Through mentorship, hands-on learning, and continued professional development, she has built a thriving practice and has now helped hundreds of babies and families.
My goal isn't to create another version of myself—it's to help you become the best clinician you can be while bringing your own expertise, perspective, and clinical strengths to every appointment.

Who We're Looking For
You are someone who:
- Is passionate about helping babies and mothers

Previous experience treating babies is an asset, but not required. If you have a genuine interest in this area of practice and a willingness to learn, we will help you build the confidence and clinical skills needed to succeed while encouraging ongoing continuing education throughout your career.

- Beautiful 3,200-square-foot multidisciplinary clinic with 12 treatment rooms, a rehabilitation gym, convenient parking, nursery, and excellent accessibility
Our patients travel from throughout the Lower Mainland—including Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Langley, White Rock, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Maple Ridge, and beyond—to receive specialized care.
