About Us:
Abbey’s Bakehouse is a warm and welcoming café and bakery known for handcrafted drinks, fresh-baked treats, and outstanding customer service. We're expanding at Square One Mall and are looking for a dedicated Shift Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team.
Role Overview:
As Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations, leading by example, and ensuring a positive customer and team experience during your shifts. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high service standards while assisting with team training, scheduling, and day-to-day problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate staff during shifts to deliver excellent service

Support onboarding and training of new team members

Open and/or close the store following proper procedures

Monitor product quality, cleanliness, and store presentation

Assist with inventory, supply management, and cash handling

Address customer concerns and resolve minor issues promptly
What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of experience in a café, bakery, or food service environment
-
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
-
Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Positive, proactive attitude with a team-first mindset

Available for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
