At Kitchen Table Restaurant Group (Ask for Luigi, Pourhouse, Di Beppe, and more), we believe in the power of food and hospitality to inspire and foster human connection. Our collection of neighbourhood restaurants, cafes, and mercatos is built on warm hospitality, exceptional quality, and a deep connection to our communities. We take pride in creating experiences that feel like home - thoughtfully curated, welcoming, and full of heart.
As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for a Director of Finance to help shape the next chapter of our business. This is not a traditional corporate finance role.
We're looking for a highly operational finance leader who enjoys solving complex business challenges, building financial discipline, and partnering with leadership to improve performance across a dynamic hospitality organization. If you're someone who wants to influence strategy, create clarity from complexity, and help build a stronger business - not simply report on it - we'd love to meet you.
Flexible Opportunity
We recognize that exceptional talent doesn't always fit a traditional model. For the right candidate, we're open to discussing part-time or fractional leadership arrangements. If you believe you're the right person for this role but are looking for a different working arrangement, we'd still love to hear from you.
