Position Summary
The Intermediate Network Engineer supports the design and implementation of network solutions under the guidance of senior architects. This role blends hands-on technical work with progressive exposure to architecture design and planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing network architectures and technical designs.
- Implement network solutions based on established frameworks.
- Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide operational support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements.
- Contribute to network roadmaps and planning initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain network documentation.
- Deploy solutions using Agile/Scrum methodologies (MVP, iterative delivery).
- Build automation tools for system management (self-scaling, self-healing).
- Support production environments, debugging and resolving issues.
- Collaborate across teams for root cause analysis and resolution.
- Manage deliverables and contribute to project execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering or architecture.
- Solid understanding of networking technologies and protocols.
- Experience implementing network solutions.
- Familiarity with network security best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with cloud networking concepts.
