We are currently seeking a hardworking, reliable, and skilled General Labourer / Multi-Trade Technician with strong abilities in carpentry, flooring, tiling, drywall, drywall repairs, minor plumbing, painting, and cabinetry work. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general carpentry tasks, including framing, trim, door installation, and cabinetry work.
- Install, repair, and finish flooring (laminate, vinyl, hardwood, tile).
- Complete drywall installation, taping, mudding, sanding, and repairs.
- Install and repair ceramic tile, backsplashes, and grout work.
- Perform minor plumbing repairs (fixtures, faucets, drains).
- Interior and exterior painting, including surface prep and finishing.
- Assist with general construction, maintenance, and repair tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow site safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in carpentry, flooring, tiling, drywall, and painting.
- Ability to read and follow work orders, blueprints, or instructions from supervisors.
- Knowledge of construction safety procedures.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and handle materials and equipment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is an asset.
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $25.00–$35.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
- Overtime Pay available

- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- Occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as required
- Language: English required (French not required)
- Work Location: On the road / various GTA job sites
