Position Overview
We are seeking a Social Media, Marketing & Spa Coordinator to join our team in an onsite role. This position combines marketing, social media management, and front-of-house coordination to support the day-to-day operations and growth of the spa.
The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced spa environment while helping enhance the Damara brand both online and in person.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Social Media
- Create and schedule social media content for spa services and promotions
- Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and spa events
- Capture photo and video content within the spa
- Help manage online listings, website updates, and promotional materials
Spa Coordination
- Support front desk operations and guest experience
- Assist with appointment coordination and client inquiries
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for guests
- Help coordinate corporate events, spa groups, and promotions
Administrative Support
- Assist with marketing reports and campaign tracking
- Support management with operational and promotional initiatives
Qualifications
- Experience in social media management or marketing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite in a spa environment
- Experience in hospitality, wellness, beauty, or spa industry is an asset
- Comfortable creating social media content (photos/video)
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
