In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service that reflects our commitment to creating unforgettable moments.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Answer phone inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
- Coordinate with restaurant staff to optimize seating flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Support team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in guest services or hospitality roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of reservation systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
- A friendly demeanor and professional appearance.
- Previous hotel or restaurant experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
