We are currently looking for a HVAC Technician to join our dedicated and highly skilled team. You will perform a variety of standard and complex technical tasks related to maintaining, servicing, repairing and installing Refrigeration and HVAC equipment and systems. We value quality workmanship, strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering great customer experiences.

In this role you will
- Effectively service, maintain, repair, and install HVAC and refrigeration systems for residential and commercial clients.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide clear, practical solutions that keep systems running efficiently.
- Deliver top-notch customer service, communicating professionally and building trust with every client.
- Keep your work van and job sites organized and professional, showing pride in your craft.
- Follow all safety standards, building codes, and company protocols to ensure safe, high-quality work.
To succeed in this role
Must haves
- Red Seal Refrigeration Air Conditioning Mechanic
- Class 5 Driver’s License
- BC “B” Gas Ticket
- Hands-on experience working a broad range of commercial/industrial refrigeration and HVAC equipment
- Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
- ***Consideration for a 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice would be considered depending on experience and aptitude***

What we offer
Competitive Compensation!!! $105,000 to $115,000 per annum for Journeyman, Apprentice wages are determined based on level and experience
