Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable full-time General Laborer to join our team. This role is essential to supporting daily operations across various areas, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Prior experience in general labor or related fields is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. Duties
- Receive and sort material.
- Process material using hand held and power tools, or using equipment.
Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of experience working in recycling facility.
- At least one (1) year of experience working outdoor year-round or accustomed to all weather conditions.
- Experience with scrap metal is an asset.
- Must be able to pass any required background checks and adhere to safety guidelines.
Certifications
- First Aid and CPR Certificate is an asset.
- WHMIS certificate is an asset.
