Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and compassionate care to children in a safe and engaging environment.
- Educate children through structured activities that promote learning and development.
- Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs.
- Create lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and other daily activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving or working with children is essential.
- A background in early childhood education is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to educate and engage children through creative play and structured learning.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young learners.
- Knowledge of best practices in child development and classroom management.
- Ability to adapt activities for children with varying abilities, including those with disabilities.
