Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping/Receiving Associate to join our team. This role is vital for ensuring the accurate and efficient movement of goods, supporting order fulfillment for Amazon, Ebay and websites, shipping & receiving experience a bonus but not necessary.processes.
Duties
- Load and unload shipments
- Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging products securely and accurately
- Receive incoming goods, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and document receipt in warehouse management systems
- Pick orders accurately using order pickers and ensure correct quantities are prepared for shipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation in our Odoo ERP system
- Assist with order fulfillment processes including packing, labeling, and staging products for deliveries.
- Keep your work area organized and clean to promote a safe working environment
- Support inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets
Skills
- Proficiency in shipping & receiving procedures and order fulfillment processes
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate order picking and inventory management
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments
- Knowledge of packaging techniques suitable for various products
- Experience with e-commerce fulfillment is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Prior warehouse experience is desirable but not necessary.

Pay: $15.35-$18.00 per hour
