We are seeking an experienced Team Lead Graphics Installer to establish and lead our graphics installation operation while remaining actively involved in day-to-day production.
Position Overview
The Team Lead Graphics Installer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of vehicle graphics installation, including production planning, installation quality, training, and continuous improvement.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a highly skilled installer who is ready to take ownership of a department and help build scalable processes for a growing fleet graphics operation.
Key Responsibilities
Graphics Installation
- Install commercial vehicle graphics, decals, lettering, and wraps
- Complete partial and full vehicle wraps to a professional standard
- Ensure all graphics are installed accurately and efficiently
- Perform final quality inspections prior to vehicle release
Leadership & Training
- Lead and mentor graphics installers
- Develop installation standards and best practices
- Train new team members on installation techniques and quality expectations
- Assist management with workforce planning and departmental growth
Production Management
- Coordinate daily graphics installation schedules
- Monitor workflow and production priorities
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to specification
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
Quality Control
- Establish quality standards for graphics installation
- Minimize rework and installation defects
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide technical guidance
- Ensure consistent workmanship across all completed vehicles
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of professional vinyl graphics or vehicle wrap installation experience
- Demonstrated experience with commercial vehicle graphics
- Strong understanding of installation techniques, materials, and surface preparation
- Ability to lead and train team members
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
- Valid G Driver's License
- 3M Preferred Installer Certification
Preferred
- Experience leading installers or supervising a graphics team
- Experience with fleet graphics programs
- Experience with 3M, Avery Dennison, or equivalent wrap materials
- Industry certifications considered an asset
