PRIMARY FOCUS
Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, the Yard Personnel is a professional, well-organized, detail-oriented and dynamic individual. This non-supervisory position will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance of the yards.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining yards and shop to pristine standards
- Weekly vehicle and trailer inspections
- General vehicle maintenance
- Assist in setting up and tearing down show homes
- Picking up materials
- Building blocking/cribs
- Receiving, shipping and labeling parts
- Various other general labor tasks
- Washing exterior of homes and office
- Mowing grass, spraying and pulling weeds, fertilizing and watering
- Perform quarterly inventory counts
- Clearing snow, sweeping and receiving with skid steer
- Various other general labor tasks as assigned
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Professionalism
- Organization skills
- Cleanliness
- Mechanical/Vehicle understanding
- Focus in fast paced environment
- Familiar with google sheets
- Clean class 5 driver’s license
- Ability to remain effective while handling multiple priorities
- Construction experience would be an asset
- Skid steer experience is required
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting 50 pounds
