Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior AR & Customer Service Representative to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on accounts receivable experience, a strong sense of follow-through, and a customer-first mindset. You will be responsible for managing receivables, following up on outstanding payments, and supporting our dealer network across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure invoices are accurate and up to date
- Follow up on outstanding payments from customers and dealers in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct credit reference checks for new and existing accounts
- Record and reconcile transactions accurately in QuickBooks
- Perform data entry related to transactions, payments, and account updates with high accuracy
- Assist with accounts payable tasks and support overall bookkeeping activities
Customer Service
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer billing and account inquiries
- Resolve payment-related issues efficiently while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing professional and courteous service
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Currently enrolled in or planning to pursue CPA designation is a strong asset
- 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related finance/customer service role
- Basic to working knowledge of QuickBooks (transaction entry, basic reporting)
- Comfortable following up on overdue accounts professionally and persistently
- Familiarity with credit reference processes is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Up to $21.63 per hour
