Account Manager for an exciting contract opportunity in

Responsibilities

Setup, manage, monitor, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns within DV360
-
Provide ongoing client support through screen-sharing sessions, office hours, and email communications

Maintain strong client communication to ensure campaign performance and ROI objectives are achieved

Analyze campaign performance data and develop actionable insights and recommendations

Create and deliver client presentations based on campaign performance and data analysis
-
Prepare internal reports on key sales, delivery, and campaign metrics
-
Contribute to the analysis of internal and external data to support business and client objectives

Partner strategically with clients to build strong, long-term business relationships
-
Support customer portfolio growth and maintenance while driving client success
-
Assist in identifying customer business objectives and developing effective sales strategies
-
Monitor revenue performance and support forecasting activities for assigned accounts

Track key performance indicators and communicate opportunities, risks, and account updates to stakeholders

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support campaign execution and client success

Maintain organized workflows and documentation in a high-volume environment
Qualifications
-
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
-
Hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns within Display & Video 360 (DV360) is required
-
Previous experience as a Programmatic Trader, Campaign Manager, Media Buyer, or similar digital advertising role
-
Agency-side or in-house brand experience is strongly preferred

Strong understanding of digital advertising, programmatic media buying, and campaign optimization

Experience conducting data-driven analysis and performance reporting

Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills

Strong presentation development and stakeholder communication abilities

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
-
Adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools is considered an asset
