Rocket Bear Playground & Roller Skate is a brand-new premium indoor family entertainment destination preparing for its grand opening.
We are currently looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic Front Desk & Guest Experience Associates to join our opening team.
This role is primarily focused on front desk operations and customer service, while also supporting other areas of the venue when needed. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with families and children, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable multitasking during busy operating hours.
As part of our opening team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across different areas of the business and grow with a new and exciting family entertainment brand.
Duties
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional, and positive customer experience
- Handle front desk operations including admissions, check-ins, waivers, payments, and general guest inquiries
- Assist families throughout their visit and help ensure an enjoyable guest experience
- Support daily operations across multiple areas of the venue when needed, including playground, roller skating, café, and party rooms
- Assist with birthday parties, private events, and special activities
- Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the facility
- Monitor guest areas and help ensure children’s safety and proper playground rules are followed
- Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth daily operations
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong English communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, family-focused environment
- Responsible, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently
- Positive attitude and willingness to support different operational areas when needed
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, front desk, retail, or entertainment venues is an asset
- Experience working with children or family-oriented businesses is considered an asset
- Ability to stay organized and maintain professionalism during busy hours
Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
