We are seeking a Personal Support Worker/Caregiver to accompany and assist a male employer who is quadriplegic. The employer is looking for someone to work with who can bring good communication skills, positivity, and good energy!
Location:
- Victoria (near Clover Point Dive Site)
Shifts and Hours:
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday: 7pm to 10pm
Compensation
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Assist with all aspects of personal care such as dressing and evening personal hygiene routine
- Driving the employer for errands and appointments
- Light housekeeping duties including some cooking
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills and positive energy
- Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
- Must be comfortable working in an environment with children
- Must be comfortable working in an environment with dogs and cats
- Strong and capable to assist the employer with transfers
- Class 5 Driver's License (required)
- Non-smoker and Non-Vaper
