Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources initiatives and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in change management, talent acquisition, program management, and HRIS systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who can oversee employee relations, recruitment processes, and HR operations to foster a positive and compliant workplace environment. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in implementing HR policies, managing HR technology platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and others, ensuring seamless HR service delivery across the organization.
Duties
- Lead talent acquisition efforts through effective recruiting strategies utilizing ATS tools like Workday, Taleo, or UltiPro to attract top talent.
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee relations by addressing workplace issues, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Administer payroll systems such as ADP, Kronos, or Ceridian to ensure accurate compensation processing.
- Develop and implement HR programs related to training & development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to identify trends in workforce metrics; utilize data analysis skills for process improvement and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations.
- Supervise HR staff and coordinate with department managers on staffing needs, organizational changes, and succession planning.
- Manage HRIS platforms including Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, or UltiPro for data accuracy and reporting purposes.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to support organizational transformation projects.
- Prepare presentations for leadership on HR metrics and strategic recommendations using strong presentation skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on employee relations, recruiting, and program management.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR technology platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Kronos, Ceridian, or UltiPro.
- Strong knowledge of HR sourcing strategies and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience supervising HR teams or managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis to support process improvements and decision-making.
- Familiarity with employment laws and compliance standards relevant to the organization’s location.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Strong negotiation skills for vendor management or conflict resolution scenarios.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; advanced certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are preferred.
