We currently have an opening for a Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic production team. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our manufacturing plant in Burnaby, B.C. Performs assigned preventative maintenance and basic repairs under supervision.Focused on execution and reliability of routine tasks.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete scheduled preventative maintenance tasks
- Perform basic mechanical repairs and part replacements
- Follow established maintenance procedures
- Escalate complex or unfamiliar issues to senior technicians
- Maintain safe work practices
Required Capabilities:
- Mechanical disassembly and reassembly
- Basic understanding of pneumatic systems
- Ability to follow checklists and standard operating procedures
- Communicates clearly when additional support is required
KPI Expectations:
- Complete at least 95 percent of assigned preventative maintenance tasks on time
- Accurately record maintenance work performed
- Follow repair procedures without creating additional downtime
- Participate in breakdown reviews when required
Performance Standard:
- Executes work accurately and safely but requires guidance for complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Pay: $26.00-$38.00 per hour
