Community Support Worker
Pay: CA$25.95–CA$29.76/hr. A ratified collective agreement will soon raise this range to CA$27.53–CA$31.57/hr.
Job description:
Kardel is a CARF-accredited agency providing residential and day service supports in the Victoria, Sidney and Duncan area. The services Kardel provides are funded by Community Living BC.

Kardel is looking for caring and compassionate candidates to join part of a diverse team of community support workers. We are looking for Community Support Workers for our homes in the Sidney and North Saanich area with hours available immediately. There are both part-time and casual positions available for day, evening, and overnight shifts. Applicants MUST be willing and able to commute to and work in the Sidney/North Saanich area.
Requirements:
· Valid First aid/CPR (Kardel can provide this training)
· Negative TB test
· Must be 19 and over
· Criminal record check (Kardel will submit this)
· Class 5 BC driver's license (preferred)
· Personal vehicle (preferred)

· When in attendance, contributes positively to staff meetings, special events.
· To be aware of and adhere to Kardel policies and procedures.
