The Role
As a Sales Associate, you’ll grow a portfolio of clients across our premium product lines. You’ll be the trusted partner for customers - from negotiation through delivery - while actively prospecting and closing new opportunities. Success in this role requires an independent, confident, and proactive sales approach - including cold calling, breaking into new markets, and building fresh opportunities from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Drive B2B distributor sales growth by building new relationships and expanding existing accounts.
- Prospect new leads with confidence, including cold calling and market entry into new territories.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve ambitious sales quotas.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and client satisfaction.
- Track, forecast, and report on account performance.
- Represent EJH at client meetings, industry events, and occasional multi-day trips across North America.
What We’re Looking For
- Confident, independent, and comfortable with cold calls, hunting new opportunities, and pioneering new markets.
- Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- CRM experience and comfortable with Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with sharp attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license & passport; open to travel (up to 7+ days when required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Commerce is an asset.
