Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires a passion for food service and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cash handling.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist with serving food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining accountability for cash drawer.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Experience in food preparation, serving, or food handling is advantageous.
