Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Line Haul Driver to join our transportation team. This role involves operating semi truck vehicle for pin to pin Job . It is day time job 9-10 hours a day trip Monday to Friday .The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, knowledge of commercial driving regulations border crossing , and the ability to handle heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Duties
- Safely operate linehaul semi truck to cross the border.
- Transport freight efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure proper functioning and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation.
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to keep vehicles in optimal condition.
- Follow all safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation, freight handling, and vehicle operation.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial driving, with a valid class1 license required.
- Must have 2 year border crossing experience.
- Basic automotive repair skills for troubleshooting vehicle issues during trips.
- Strong understanding of transportation regulations, safety standards, and route planning.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with dispatchers, clients, and team members.
Pay: From $300.00 per day
