Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our facility.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks to ensure the facility is maintained in a clean and safe manner
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment
Skills:
- Experience in commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance preferred
- Experience in residential cleaning preferred
- Ability to clean and maintain various surfaces and materials
- Attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
Requirements:
-Successful candidates are required to provide a current (within the last year) criminal record check.
-Valid Drivers License
-Own their own vehicle
