We are a new and modern physiotherapy clinic seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physiotherapist (Independent Contractor) to join our growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to help shape a clinic from the ground up.
About the Role
As an independent contractor, you will manage your own caseload while working in a supportive, collaborative clinic environment. Our clinic is committed to high-quality, evidence-based care and exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with NLCPT
Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and self-management
Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Build and maintain strong patient relationships
Qualifications
Registered and in good standing with the NLCPT
Licensed to practice Physiotherapy in NL
Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Clinical reasoning and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
Experience in private practice is an asset, but new graduates are welcome to apply
